I am Beth Lopez and I am Mexican, Puerto Rican, Irish and Italian. Growing up in such a diverse family with different hair and skin, I started to experiment facials, hairstyles, haircuts on my friends and family. By the age of sixteen I was working in a salon and that's where my love to make people feel good and beautiful really started to thrive. I love to help people do good and feel good. On the health side of my blog I will be giving nutritional help with meal plans and exercise routines, also every week the topic will be different so we can speak about mental health and targeting our nutrition due to diabetes, high cholesterol.
