So you thought we stopped

Found a new client!! Our group is growing!! Worked out so much today. Walked a few miles then did a 30 minute work out ab crunches, mountain climber, kettlebell swings, jumping jacks, 45 second plank, dumbbell squats. Took a 4 mile bike ride and ended with a 20 minute walk. I will never stop motivating or helping people, together we can be better.
