Be sure to exercise on your cheat day

I walked 4 miles and did a 30 minutes cardio workout and have successfully kept off 11 pounds. I rewarded my self with some roasted vegetables 3 pieces of beef rib, mashed potato and will definitely start my morning with a cup of Herbalife tea and a 5 mile walk. I deserve to celebrate all my hard work but believe I’ll be right back at it again. I’m not even close to my goal but with dedication I’ll reach it. Have a great weekend!
