It is super hot and humid today.. felt like I was gonna fall out during my walk but you can slow down and take it easy. Do Not OVER EXERT YOURSELF!!! Exercise is only 5% of your weight loss journey it’s all about eating healthy and changing your lifestyle. If you live on the same block as the grocery store.. why do you drive?? Take a walk.. set a goal everyday walk enough to get your heart pumping and start off with 50 squats and 50 jumping jacks and 50 ab crunches until that feels to easy then increase.. #ibelieveinyou #yougotthis.

Be sure to exercise on your cheat day
I walked 4 miles and did a 30 minutes cardio workout and have successfully kept off 11 pounds. I rewarded my self with some roasted vegetables 3 pieces of beef rib, mashed potato and will definitely start my morning with a cup of Herbalife tea and a 5 mile walk. I deserve to celebrate all my hard work but believe I’ll be right back at it again. I’m not even close to my goal but with dedication I’ll reach it. Have a great weekend! Please don’t diagnose yourself
Today is a great day, started backwards but that’s ok. While on this weight loss journey please always remember to love you and take care of you, and by that I mean remembering to take your daily medication, testing your blood sugar or anything else that your doctor prescribed. While changing your exercise and food consumption through this journey we will hope that the doctor will see a change in your health and it may be possible that he or she may be able to take you off or change some of your medication but please remember we are not doctors and do not want to experience any set backs from not listening to them.
I am saying all this to lead by example. I am epileptic. I was diagnosed in 2017 shortly after my father passed away. I have never been a “pill popper” if I get sick “I’ll sweat it out “, so having to remember to take these pills everyday has become troublesome. This week was super busy with all my workout appointments and homework assignments, I just forgot to take my medication. At around 7pm on Thursday I was accidentally locked out of class by the instructor and I was very upset about that, due to missed doses of medication, excessive working out and stress .. I had a seizure at 9:45pm. It lasted for about 2 minutes it is a very bad feeling and hard to explain, my mind was scrambled and I felt very disoriented. I do not like feeling this way so I will set alarms on my phone to remind me to take my medication and be the best me. I’ll leave you with this. You can not bee the best you if you are not alive.

Don’t get discouraged
Sometimes when we’re on this weight loss journey, we may doubt ourselves or significant people in our lives may make comments or try to make you busy or tell you don’t need to work out.. sad to say those people may not be the right friends for you. Friends up lift each other and encourage. If someone is discouraging you then it’s time to cut ties, if your health is not important to your friends then they don’t care about you. A friend grabs your hand and pulls to that last block. Trust as you make different choices in your life that benefit you, you will see your circle shrink and that’s ok. Together we will be better!
